For Latisha — read before launch

This is a working draft describing what this website actually does, written from the code rather than from a template. The tracking section is accurate as built. It is not legal advice and it is not a substitute for your review. Before launch: read it, merge in anything from your existing policy that is missing here, and confirm it matches how you actually operate. Delete this box when you are satisfied.

Three corrections carried over from your existing policy: the Fair Credit Reporting Act is abbreviated FCRA, not FRCA; three advertising opt-out links use insecure http rather than https; and the Country field reads “North Carolina, United States.”

Who this covers

This policy applies to cultivatehrconsulting.com, operated by Cultivate HR Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us”). It does not cover our course platform at courses.cultivatehrconsulting.com, which is hosted by Kajabi and governed by Kajabi’s terms in addition to this policy, or any third-party site we link to.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this site — to receive a resource, register for a masterclass, subscribe to Library notifications, or contact us — we collect the name and email address you enter, and any other field you complete. Forms on this site submit directly to Kajabi, which stores the information as a contact record. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and whatever you enter in the booking form. When you buy something, payment is handled by Stripe through Kajabi; we never see or store your card number.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one records ordinary technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the page or search that sent you here. Inside The Leadership Library we also record the words people type into the site search, including searches that return nothing, so we know what to write next. Search terms are recorded on their own. They are not attached to your name, your email address, or any other identifier.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses exactly two measurement tools. There are no others.

  • Google Analytics 4 (property G-J5D7L0JFR0), which tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us. IP anonymization is switched on, so Google truncates your IP address before storing it.
  • Meta Pixel (ID 620336857301699), which measures whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising reaches people who go on to take an action here, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited this site. Meta may combine what it learns here with information it already holds about you.

Both tools set cookies in your browser. Both load on ordinary pages only: neither runs on this privacy policy, the terms page, or the accessibility page.

We honor Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, neither tool loads at all — not loaded and then ignored, but never loaded. Many sites say they cannot honor Do Not Track because there is no agreed standard for it. This one treats the signal as a request to be left alone, and acts on it.

Your choices

You can turn on Do Not Track in your browser settings, and block or delete cookies in the same place. You can install Google’s official Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and change what Meta shows you in your Facebook ad preferences. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link at the bottom of it. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email latisha@cultivatehrconsulting.com and we will respond.

How we use what we collect

To send you the resource, course access, or information you asked for. To answer you when you get in touch. To run and improve this site, and to decide what to publish in the Library. To send marketing email you have opted into, which you can leave at any time. And to measure whether our advertising works.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that make this business run: Kajabi (contacts, courses, email), Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each holds it under its own terms. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact records stay in Kajabi until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed for the purpose you gave them for. Analytics data is retained on Google’s and Meta’s schedules, which we do not control.

Children

This site is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
