I am an HR executive, an attorney, and an educator. I spent two decades in executive HR, most recently as Chief People & Legal Officer at a national nonprofit.

I’ve led the work. I’ve advised leaders through it. And I’ve spent years teaching HR professionals how to understand it. Cultivate brings those experiences together — executive HR leadership, legal training, and practical education — so what you learn isn’t just theoretically right. It’s usable at work.
