Programs, Courses, Events, and Services

The Company provides human resources education, employment law training, HR certification preparation, coaching, consulting, speaking, and related programs and digital products. Specific details, schedules, prices, and any program-specific terms are presented at the point of registration or purchase. We may modify, reschedule, or discontinue any program, course, event, or product, and We may update content as needed to keep it current.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service, cancel registrations, or remove participants from any program or community at Our discretion, including for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

Purchases, Payments, and Pricing

When You purchase a product or register for a paid program through the Service, You agree to pay all stated fees and applicable taxes. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and Your use of those processors is subject to their terms and privacy policies. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms for each program, course, event, or product are described at the point of purchase and govern that specific transaction. Unless a specific refund policy is stated at checkout, all sales are final. If You believe You are entitled to a refund, please contact Us at latisha@cultivatehrconsulting.com and We will review Your request in accordance with the applicable terms.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including but not limited to courses, workbooks, frameworks, slide decks, templates, text, graphics, logos, videos, and the names Cultivate HR Consulting, The Legally Savvy Leader™, Your HR Certification Coach™, and the R.E.A.D. Framework™ is the property of Cultivate HR Consulting, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content You have purchased or been granted access to, solely for Your own personal or internal professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, create derivative works from, or share Your access to the content with any third party without Our prior written permission.

User Content

If You submit, post, or share any content through the Service (for example, in a community, comment, or submission), You retain ownership of that content but grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with operating and promoting the Service. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

When You opt in to text messages from Cultivate HR Consulting, LLC, You agree to these terms. The program sends recurring automated messages such as event reminders, registration confirmations, schedule updates, and program-related information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and these are Your responsibility under Your agreement with Your mobile carrier.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After You send STOP, We will send one confirmation message and then no further texts unless You opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email latisha@cultivatehrconsulting.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change or discontinue the messaging program, including its content and frequency, at any time without notice.
